At Iylastore.in, we aim to provide you with beautiful, high-quality imitation jewelry and accessories. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product
You received the wrong item

To be eligible:

You must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Earrings
Customized or personalized products
Sale or discounted items
Items damaged due to misuse, water exposure, or improper handling

3. Scoop Orders Policy (Important)

All Scoop Orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable.
Scoop items are selected randomly and offered at special discounted pricing, therefore:
- No exchanges, returns, or refunds will be accepted
- Minor variations in product, color, or design are expected
In case of a completely damaged parcel or missing items, you must:
- Record an unboxing video
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

⚠️ No claims will be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

4. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

Include:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue

Once your request is approved, we will share return instructions.
Please do not send any product without confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item
If approved, the refund will be issued:
- To your original payment method, or
- As store credit (if preferred)
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to reflect

6. Replacement Policy

We offer free replacement for damaged or incorrect items (subject to availability)
If the product is unavailable, you will receive a full refund or store credit
