All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after the order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed during business days only (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Available shipping methods may include:

  • Express Shipping (if available)

The shipping method used will depend on your location and the option selected at checkout.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier services and location.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: 

  • Standard Shipping: ₹59 on all orders below ₹499

  • Free Shipping: On orders above ₹499

  • Flat Shipping Charge: ₹79(On Scoop Orders)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional ₹40 charge

Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or message containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier partner details

  • Tracking link

You can track your order anytime using the provided tracking link.


6. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping address

  • High order volumes during sales or holidays

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at iylathemoonlight@gmail.com and we will assist you.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please notify us within 24-48 hours, so we can investigate with the courier.


7. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
